The Walleye fishing on the Bay Of Green Bay has been excellent over the past few weeks in both the central portion of the Bay along with the northern upper portion of the Bay. We have been finding good success trolling for walleyes in water depths from 15 to 25 feet of water. trolling crank baits behind planer boards has worked best for us but we have also had great action casting baits for the walleyes relating to structure near the bottom. The key for us each day has been locating areas that have bait fish in the area and working those areas carefully to locate the walleyes then staying in those areas working over the fish. The great summer walleye action should continue to be good for quite some time yet so plenty of time to get in on the action.
